Sales Report
Report for our feeder sale April 19th, 2024. Receipts here to day were 406 head of feeder cattle and 50 cows, bred cows & bulls. In the cow market Id call the market steady with last month, the bulk of the bred cows offered were $2000 to $2550, the pairs market was mostly $2400 to $2900. In the feeder cattle market Id call the market steady on all weights with the heifer 500 lbs heifer market $10 to $20 higher. With the field work not happening today the buyer attendance was excellent with a lot of aggression still to own grass cattle at the highest levels we may have ever seen. Quality is still the feature along with condition on the cattle making a big difference. We want to thank ALL the BUYERS & SELLERS for this past feeder cattle season for the trust and the support in helping market the livestock!!!!! It has been a very interesting year and Im sure we are going to see more interesting times ahead!!
